I always wondered who originally took this pic. Saw it years ago somewhere. Look a those old PES Acrylic Plugs! That’s the old PES Acrylic Anal Plug & PES Acrylic Vaginal Plug when they used banana jacks & the VPlug was a 3-Pole Electrode!  Hard to tell looking at the PES Power Box because the label was the same for so many years but looking at the products, they would have been changed to low profile connectors around 1997 or so.
